REFUND POLICY
Special Announcement
Due to continued losses, the merchant has decided to clear out its Bedside Table and Ceramic Vase inventory at a loss. All items are in limited stock and will be sold while supplies last; some items will not be restocked after they are sold out.
I. Scope of Returns
We support customer returns within a specified period, applicable to the following situations:

Received the wrong product
Damage during shipping

II. Return Application Time
Customers can apply for returns within:
30 days of receiving the goods
Return applications will not be accepted after 30 days.
III. Return Process

Provide your order number and a description of any issues
Obtain return confirmation and return address
Send the item back as requested
The warehouse receives and verifies the returned item.
IV. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth refund, please meet the following conditions:
The item is in its original condition.
No serious damage or human-caused damage.
All accessories are complete (if applicable).
The packaging is intact (preserve the original packaging if possible).
If the item clearly affects resale, it may affect the refund approval result.
V. Refund Instructions
After the return is approved:
Refund will be processed via the original payment method within 3 business days.
The actual arrival time may be delayed due to different processing times of banks or payment platforms.
VI. Return Shipping Information
Quality issues / Wrong item shipped: Return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
Returns due to personal reasons: Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Return period: Can be requested within 30 days
